About HOPAP

Building resilient leaders through faith, wisdom, and international collaboration since December 2015.

Our Mission

To develop resilient leaders who can navigate challenges with wisdom, integrity, and faith. We equip leaders with the tools, networks, and spiritual foundation needed to lead effectively during times of crisis and uncertainty, creating lasting positive change in their communities and nations.

Our Vision

A world where leaders at all levels are equipped with faith-based principles, practical skills, and international networks to create resilient communities that thrive even in the face of adversity. We envision a global movement of leaders who lead with compassion, wisdom, and unwavering integrity.

HOPAP History

Our Story

HOPAP was founded in December 2015 by a group of faith leaders and professionals who recognized the urgent need for leadership development that integrates spiritual principles with practical skills.

What began as a small gathering of 50 leaders has grown into an international movement, with our annual "Riding Out The Storm" forum now attracting over 800 participants from 45+ countries.

Over the past 10 years, we've trained more than 2,500 leaders, published groundbreaking research on faith-based leadership, and created a global network of resilient leaders who are making a difference in their communities.

Today, HOPAP continues to expand its reach and impact, offering year-round programs, resources, and support to leaders worldwide who are committed to leading with faith, wisdom, and integrity.
